We offer accomodations for 8 persons in a pleasant living space including three bedrooms (3 double beds, 2 single beds, 1 baby bed), two bathrooms, a shower, two toilets.
• The first floor includes on 70 m2 a party lounge with dining room, including beamed ceiling and a big fireplace, onto which looks a kitchen fitted out with washing machine and dishwasher. A oak table allows eight dinner guests to feast.
The lounge includes two sofas and an armchair which, in front of a coffee table, allow to spend pleasant evenings (satellite TV reception, DVD reader, movies). We also find on this level a big furnished room about 20 m2 with beamed ceiling, a double bed + a baby bed, as well as a bathroom with toilet.
• On the first floor, after a small corridor is situated a bathroom with toilet, then a room with a double bed and a shower. Another door looks onto a large 40 s-m bedroom, with a double bed and two single beds and folding screens. This room has two velux and two windows offering a very beautiful sight on hills and surrounding forests.
All the windows of the house are in double glazing and protect from the heat or cold according to the seasons. At night, windows closed or opened, you will sleep in a complete silence.

Week-end (2 nights): 250 €
Three nights: 300 €

One week stay low-season : 450 €.
One week stay mid season: 500 €.

The cost-benefit relation is most favorable for couples or friends who wish to share their vacations. The price for week’s stay during low season is only 6,80 € per person per day and 10,35 € during high season in summer.
High season: July & August.
Mid season: April, May, June, September, and school holidays.
Low season: the remainder of the year.
One week stay: from Saturday afternoon (between 4 and 7 PM) to the following Saturday morning (10 AM).
Week-end: two days and two nights, starting Friday afternoon (between 4 and 7 PM) until Sunday afternoon (up to 7 PM) - except in high season and during French school holidays.
Three our four nights: three or four days and nights, starting in the afternoon (between 4 and 7 PM) until the afternoon (up to 7 PM) - except in high season and during French school holidays.
Children
You will find in the house a highchair and a bed for babies. We also have DVD movies for children, which you will appreciate if the sky becomes cloudy. And of course the children will appreciate the 400 square meters fenced garden!
Garden, barbecue, car parking
You will enjoy the lovely garden rocked by the sound of a small stream, with big barbecue, deckchairs, tables and garden chairs. Up to three cars can be parked in the courtyard and in front of the house.
Bedding, kitchen and toilet articles
We supply all blankets, quilts, pillows.
In order that you are not burdened with a great amount of luggage, we can also supply all sheets, pillowcases, towels, wash cloths, kitchen towels for a standard price of 8 € per person.
Kitchen, washing machine
You have the use of a dishwasher, a washing and a drying machine. We also supply all kitchen accessories : dishes, pots, toaster, coffee maker, electric water heater, micro-wave oven, refrigerator-freezer…
Local taxes, electricity, gas, hot water
Our prices include local taxes, electricity, cooking gas and hot water.
Heating
In case of need the charges for heating are 10 € per day. The house is equipped with central heating with radio thermostat that can be regulated to within a half degree centergrade.
Cleaning service at the end of one’s stay
Week-end: 30 €.
Three our four nights: 40 €.
One week stay: 50 €.
